Worst dealership I have ever been to I can’t get in touch with the service department to schedule an appointment. I leave a voicemail and no one calls me back. I call the parts department I can’t get in touch with the service department to schedule an appointment. I leave a voicemail and no one calls me back. I call the parts department and they transfer me over to the service department just to be hung up on. I call the operator to transfer me to the service department only to be hung up on again. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve been to and I’m ashamed I bought my car from them brand new. I keep having the same issues break with my 2016 fit and they say they “fixed the problem” and a couple months pass and I have the same issues. Their customer service is very low. They interrupt you and transfer you before you can finish your sentence. They seem annoyed at all times. All I want is my car to work properly. I shouldn’t have so many reoccurring issues. It should be a one time fix especially for a car that’s two years old and has had only one owner in it’s life span that only takes it to the dealership to get everything done including new tires. Each time it breaks they tell me not to be so hard on my car. It’s a fit! I only drive it to work and back. I’m two miles from my work. There is no driving it hard in the city. I’m so over them and blaming me for any issues that come up with the car. More
Worst Honda service center I've ever been in I can't speak to the sales experience but the service department is a scam shop. All I wanted to do was get an oil change so I made an appointment. After taking 10 minutes to check me in they tell me it will take 50-75 minutes. I'm thinking that's insane but I'm already here with a coupon so I say ok. Then the service agent has the nerve to hand me a list of things that really "need" to be done around the mileage he thinks my car should be at - $900 worth. Most of it was inspecting parts along with 3 maintenance items. Unfortunately for these guys I'm not a sucker so I know this is at least double what anywhere else would charge for that service if I even wanted it. An hour and 45 minutes later, still no car. Never, ever again. This is the WORST Honda I have ever been to. More

Poor service department! The 2007 CR-V has been a lemon. A/C Compressor, Starter, Door Locks, and now the A/C Blower Motor for a second time in a year! Beware new parts are only covered for 1 year or 12,000 miles. And none of these repairs were easy or cheap! Averaged $800.00 every time I took it in to them. Very unsatisfied with service. More
Dishonest & incompetent New to the area, needed a new catalytic converter. Suddenly, within 2wks after they worked on my car, my ac, radiator and a bunch of other parts neede New to the area, needed a new catalytic converter. Suddenly, within 2wks after they worked on my car, my ac, radiator and a bunch of other parts needed to be replaced. So far 2 visits cost about $3k. 11 days later, engine light comes on & hoses, etc need to be replaced and they also said my brakes needed replacing & i was looking at another $2k. Meanwhile, I had my car serviced at another dealership just before I moved here, so I knew the brakes were okay for at least another few months. So to welcome me to TN, the first car dealership I went to basically ripped me off. Go anywhere but to Waltrip. More

My apt was at 10 AM and I explained to Todd about a noise in my front , he kindly had a rep ride with me, didn't find the noise, simply because the noise wasn't heard on this trip by the rep or me, also got tires rotated and service, and several times I went out to talk to Todd about the problem with my car and each time he was kind enough to answer all my questions, he is quite a good advisor. Charge way too much for inspections! I brought our car in for the airbag recall when I had a couple other issues that I wanted checked into. the Air was not working and there was some me I brought our car in for the airbag recall when I had a couple other issues that I wanted checked into. the Air was not working and there was some metal noise on the right hand side of the car while driving. I was informed that it would be a charge of $167 inspection fee for both for a total of $334 to have the two items checked to find out what the issues were. If it was the brakes, there would be no charge but if not, they would have to do an inspection to find out what the issue was. I have not problem paying an inspection fee, but $334! that is excessive. I was told that this was to pay the technicians to do the inspections. OMGosh! Car was just serviced in June and brake pads were not noted as an issue - service rep did call me back and state that they would check to see if it was in fact the brakes without charge. How about one service inspection charge not two. More
