This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from them. I had such a wonderful experience the first time many years ago. This time was exactly the same, Top-Notch! They worked with me and explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions to the best of their abilities. Seeked help if need, to find an answer. My last car was because I needed a new and reliable car that was fuel efficient. This time was for the middle aged, family, long term vehicle which I hope to have for many years to come. My sales lady Ana is amazing and will go the extra mile for you without hesitation. My sales/finance manager Nikki was fantastic as well! Everyone else that stepped in was also very professional and pleasant to work with. I came from Mt Juliet Music City Honda where I had an awful experience with the sales manager. He belittled me and treated me like I was a 20 year old that didn’t know anything. He told me I could go without a few meals and defer my student loans. He was not willing to work with me so I left and made the drive to ole DW. I live in Mt Juliet which is why I went there first. If you’re ever thinking about going anywhere in middle Tennessee for a Honda just go to DW. Ask for Ana Losada. More
