This Dealership is not truthful I m a 78 year old woman with excellent credit who recently bought a HRV at your dealership. This is the 5th Honda in a row that I have leased or bough I m a 78 year old woman with excellent credit who recently bought a HRV at your dealership. This is the 5th Honda in a row that I have leased or bought. I had a 2016 HRV that was leased from a Dallas dealership with two payments left on the lease that the salespeople I worked with told me I would not have to pay as I purchased a new Honda. I received a bill for the two remaining months from the Honda Leasing along with several phone calls threatening to turn me over to a collection agency in a few days if I did not pay. I drove over 100 miles to your dealership on a Saturday to talk to someone about and a employee named Jimmy Harris took my phone number and told me he would check it out. He did not call me on Monday as he said to call him if he did not. I called him and he told me my problem was with the Dallas dealership which I know was not true as they were not involved in the turn-in of the lease car. I was told today that they decided to give me a discount on the price of the new car instead. They did not tell me this and I have no idea what the discount was. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of because have no one to help me. More
