I came in with a flat tire on a cold rainy Monday morning without an appointment. The place was packed with customers. I was met promptly by Josh Galyean who heard my issue and assessed the situation and tol without an appointment. The place was packed with customers. I was met promptly by Josh Galyean who heard my issue and assessed the situation and told me that he would have someone to help me as soon as possible and to sit inside the vehicle to stay warm. Shortly thereafter Wesley Lemonds came up and proceeded to take care of the situation. He was very professional and told me that he could have the tire looked at to see if it was repairable. I went inside and worked on a report for about 10 minutes and he appeared to tell me that the tire could be fixed and should be ready in about an hour and gave me the estimate for the repair. He had the car back to me in less than the hour and out the door and off to work. Wesley sure helped to fix the tire and make a very bad Monday morning much better. Consistent high level of service and professionalism I had an appointment for my scheduled oil change. No problem. There were some other services that I needed due to time since last completed that Rick I had an appointment for my scheduled oil change. No problem. There were some other services that I needed due to time since last completed that Rick told about and all the things were needed. I did not feel pressured and the decision on performing them was mine to make. He came to me in the waiting at least 2 times to check on me, see it if needed anything, and to give me an update on the progress on my Ridgeline.
