The repair process was explained in great detail avoiding any sudden and unexpected charges. As you might expect, emergency repairs aren't necessary the best experience. With slim hopes of getting a loaner car, I got one. Doubts about when the car would be completed - within 24 hrs. I can't say enough about my experience with Crown.
