From the very first phone call, Dan was extremely helpful and kind. He was not pushy like other car dealers can be, and instead listened to exactly what we needed out of a car for my father-in-law. He made himself available for us to come view the car and make a decision. He followed up consistently, he felt more like a friend than someone we were doing business with. He took care of my father-in-law so well. Dan is honest, warm and funny, it was truly a lovely experience for us as a family. When the time came for my husband to purchase a car, we immediately contacted Dan. He worked so quickly to make it happen as our car was a special order. Everything about the experience was ideal. We felt so taken care of, he was always available for all of our questions and answered them with promptness and kindness.
