When I walked onto the premises, I was greeted (outside) by Richard Norman. He was extremely friendly, inviting, and personal. Richard helped me find the vehicle to meet my needs. Richard called me by my first name, asked me how my professional career was going (he remembered what I do for a living), and asked about my family. I was very impressed that Richard had remembered everything about me with all of the customers that he comes into contact with on a daily basis. Through a fairly extensive search on the internet for a new car, I located the car I wanted at Crown Eurocars. Mike made everything so easy and walked me through every step of the process. We spoke a number of times a day for almost a week. Mike knew and understood my hesitation in purchasing a car sight unseen (other than the web and cell phone pictures). Once the deal was done, Mike was even able to locate and negotiate a better shipping quote to transport my car to my home in Maryland. Mike sent me pictures as my car was being loaded and as it left the lot for Maryland. Once my car arrived, Mike again spent time on the phone and walked me through every detail of the car, explaining everything thoroughly.
