I was introduced to CJ from a colleague of mine a few months ago so I stopped in on the weekend and we met. I finally made the decision to have him help me get the car I wanted and my main reason was because it no longer felt like I was buying a car, but rather a treat for myself. When I arrived at the dealership, Doug showed me the vehicle and answered my questions. He knew the vehicle well. After we came to an agreeable price, Doug continued to help and guide me through the sales process. The experience continued when the dealership team serviced the vehicle I just purchased serviced for a couple of very minor issues discussed during the sales process. The Service Advisor which helped me was Dan Hawks. Dan was again, very professional and personable. Even when I through him a curve ball during the process, Dan took it in stride and graciously took care of my requests. Unexpected requests being resolved are the things that are memorable and will keep me coming back for service. Additionally, Dan was very attentive to my 3 year old son and he and my family are the most important things in my life.
