I was introduced to CJ from a colleague of mine a few months ago so I stopped in on the weekend and we met. When I arrived at the dealership, Doug showed me the vehicle and answered my questions. He knew the vehicle well. After we came to an agreeable price, Doug continued to help and guide me through the sales process. The experience continued when the dealership team serviced the vehicle I just purchased serviced for a couple of very minor issues discussed during the sales process. The Service Advisor which helped me was Dan Hawks. Dan was again, very professional and personable. Even when I through him a curve ball during the process, Dan took it in stride and graciously took care of my requests. Unexpected requests being resolved are the things that are memorable and will keep me coming back for service. Additionally, Dan was very attentive to my 3 year old son and he and my family are the most important things in my life. I came into Mercedes to have the brakes checked on my current Mercedes at that time. I had received a call the night before regarding my car and asking if someone could give me an appraisal. I agreed to that and decided to make an initial inquiry about used cars while my Mercedes was being appraised. Andrew Ruck came over and asked how he could be of service. I told him I was just mildly interested in a used Mercedes and he was fine with that. I told him that I definitely wanted a Navigation System and thought I wanted silver. He went throuogh the inventory and said he didn't have silver at this point, and pointed out the popularity of white. He basically said that he knew about one particular car that he thought might be of interest. From that point on he was individually interested and facilitated my questions and guided me with information on the cars today. He brought up the car that he thought might be of interest and we took a test drive. I loved the drive and the fact that it was four wheel drive. He offerred to have the car detailed and said I could take it home for the night to see what my husband thought. I was comfortable with Andrew from the first moment and his understanding of this car gave me total confidence. I like having my car explained to me and he was absolutely great with that process. Andrew was never pushy, but always informed and supportive. Bottom line, I bought the car a day later after doing some research on line. He was prompt in getting the numbers to me and when I went back to tell of my decision, he was especially helpful with the workings of all facets of the navigation system, etc. He said he would sit with me after the purchase was final and we would review everything so that I could be coached, rather than told. This was a saving grace. Andrew even arranged to come to my house and program the garage door into the car. He definitely knows how the computer systems work in these cars and actually I have yet to find a question he couldn't answer. I would highly recommend Andrew Ruck with the Mercedes administration. He is kind, respectful, sincere, and extremely knowledgable. Kudos. More
