We were on vacation in Cape Cod when we lost all audio in our Outback. After trying unsuccessfully to reset it according to the manual, I called Copeland. I wanted to have my headlight fixed. The part was not in stock, but they said the could get it in a day. I figured I would come back when the part was in, but they said I needed to leave my car there in or stock, but they said the could get it in a day. I figured I would come back when the part was in, but they said I needed to leave my car there in order for the part to be ordered. This made no sense to me and I asked many questions about it - but they said that was the way it was - otherwise it would be a special order and would cost more and take longer. I honestly still don’t understand. I cannot go without a car for 2 days. I still have a broken headlight and am just plain frustrated with the service center!! Everton was nice, and he didn’t really seem to understand it either - it was direction from his supervisor. I’m frustrated all over again just thinking about it 😡 More

It has the.potential to be better but constant change of people has been an issue for me. My service was an oil change, pretty basic and no issues. I have an older car which has needed a lot of attention in the past few years so I hope that they have retained experienced technicians. The facility could use some upgrades particularly a customer waiting area that is separate from the new car show room but that is not a huge issue. All in all the experience was good. J Axner More
