Terrible Service. Lack of communication. Not trustworthy Had an appointment for break check-up service at 1 pm. Car was checked-in and the say it will take about 1 hours. 2.5 Hour later I go and check and a Had an appointment for break check-up service at 1 pm. Car was checked-in and the say it will take about 1 hours. 2.5 Hour later I go and check and apparently they just started working on the car. At no point nobody bothered to say that the service was not going to take 1 hour as they initially told me so I could have decide to wait or postponed. After 3.5 hours waiting I go and check again. This time I went to the Xpress Service area and the guy on the Xpress service window just said: "I'm Only the Xpress service guy. Go inside and find out" He was not doing anything and could easily have opened his door and find out specially when a customer is being there for all that time. At about 3 hours and 50 minutes I come back out and see that my car is outside. I wait 10 more minutes and nobody comes and get it. Only when I went to service guy and asked he said oh yes it is done as I stay there to pay. They Charged me 350.00 to change the REAR pads. The pads cost 99.00. I think they basically robbed me. Also, on the 9th of September I was there for oil change and general service. On the report, they wrote that my rear breaks where 8 out of 10. I drove about 3000 Miles and today they told that my rear break pads where metal on metal. That means that they either lie when they told me I had 8 out 10 on my pads or they just change my ok pads for no other reason than to take my money. More

So easy to deal with :) My wife and I went in on a Sunday because her cars transmission was acting up on her Toyota.
