This was a very high pressure dealership. I took my car in for service for an oil change an tire rotation and inspection next thing I know the service rep comes out with a whole list of things that were su in for service for an oil change an tire rotation and inspection next thing I know the service rep comes out with a whole list of things that were supposedly wrong with my vehicle. A worn serpentine belt was one that was listed. I owned a Subaru before and know what a worn belt looks like and this was perfect. They wanted over 300 dollars to replace that alone. I know things are rough in the dealerships now but please don’t try to make it up on your customers who bring their car in for service. More
