New Car, New Brand for Us We were ready to trade in our 11 year old Toyota Highlander and had planned to buy a new version of the Highlander, but after looking at them, we deci We were ready to trade in our 11 year old Toyota Highlander and had planned to buy a new version of the Highlander, but after looking at them, we decided to look for something a bit smaller and thought we'd try the Subaru Forester. It was not a good fit for my husband and Peter Vatousiou, our salesperson, suggested he try the Outback. It felt just right and after a nice long test drive we decided to go with it. Peter was low-key but extremely knowledgable about every bit of the vehicle and was extremely helpful without a lot of pressure. We also felt very comfortable with Dan Stewart who was wearing two hats the day we purchased the car. Our car is being shipped out of state, and :Peter was willing and able to facilitate that for us. It hasn't arrived in our new destination yet, but we are confident that it will meet all our expectations and then some. We would certainly recommend Peter and Beard Subaru to anyone! Peter was very helpful NOT a high pressure salesperson. We ended up purchasing the 3.6R instead of the 4 cyl. we were looking at. We had driven the 4 in the past but liked the color of a 3.6R on the lot, Peter offered us a test drive of the 6. After taking a long drive we picked the 3.6R . We traded in our 9 yr old Outback and I feel that we got a fair deal. I would highly recommend Peter Vatousiou at Beard if you are looking for a replacement vehicle. Also Chris DaCosta in financial is another very pleasant low key member of the Beard team. They made the total experience enjoyable , unlike other dealers I have visited where you feel like a seal in with the sharks. More

This was all done very low key without any sales pressure whatsoever, while providing information about the car model and the car itself. Great deal without pressure George Costa. Listened to what I wanted and found a car that had the price, year,model and mileage that I wanted I was able to trade in my car and it George Costa. George brought my attention to the visibility which is very important to me but I had not thought of. I felt that I was in a convertible when the sun roof was open. Chris gave us great advice about the extended warrantee that covers parts not covered by the 7year/100,000 mile. With all the new electronics it makes sense to protect yourself. We calculated that it was a great deal so now for 7years I am well covered. All accomplished in a very friendly atmosphere without any pressure. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. My daughter, who was with me, was impressed with the efficiency and organization of signing and passing the papers with Chris de Costa. I was looking at Beard's Inventory on-line that morning and went in to see a particular model that seemed to be offered at a very good price. My sales representative was Peter Vatousiou. He found the vehicle I was interested in and was very knowledgeable about it's features. When it came time for a test drive he suggested we go over to my husband's place of business which was nearby, and see if my husband could join us. I thought this was a great idea because my husband and I were always so busy on weekends we never had much time to look for a new car. Peter answered all our questions. My husband loved the car. Back in the showroom, Peter offered me a great value on my trade-in and they honored the internet price of the new vehicle. Peter was great on everything from start to finish and smoothed out the buying and pick-up process. He got all our accessories added in a timely fashion over a holiday week, and we couldn't be more happy with our purchase. Peter was very genuine and handled all my concerns as if they were his own.
