OUTSTANDING SALESMAN AND TEAM I recently bought a 2019 Subaru Outback from Prime Subaru, Hyannis, MA. My salesman was George Costa and on a scale of 1-5, I rate him a 10. He exemplifies Prime’s motto of "fast, simple and caring”. The needs of his customer come first with him and his customer has his total attention. His quotes are fair and better than competitive. He’s knowledgeable, ethical, highly competent, humble and a dedicated team-player. Prime’s “team” is comprised of an extremely highly competent staff, who encourage and work in unison with each other. Meagan Mock @nmotiontransport is another highly competent team-player, who worked closely with George in transporting my vehicle. The entire experience proceeded smoothly from beginning to end!!! I give high accolades to the entire team and highly recommend them!!! More

The service manager on duty saw her right away, diagnosed the problem correctly in a minute, took the car right into a bay , and technicians got to work to correct the problem. In five minutes all was done. The service manager and the team members who helped were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and effective. Their quick work made our day. Got a much better deal elsewhere I was shopping for my third Subaru recently (bought my first two from Beard) and went to two dealers to try to get the best deal. Beard's initial offer for my trade-in was $3000 less than another dealer. The day after they made their first offer I got another e-mail from Beard offering $1,000 more. The day after that I received another e-mail offering yet another $1,000. They were still $1,500 under the other dealer's offer. I thought this was a pretty shoddy way to treat a customer that had been with them since 2005. I know Keith didn't have final say in this so I'm not blaming him. Beard lost a customer. Shop around! After calling AAA, I called Beard Subaru for help getting a new tire. I was 75 miles from home and very nervous about what to do. From the first phone call asking Beard Subaru for help until I drove off their lot with a new tire I was treated wonderfully! The service department treated me as if I was a Beard customer. They were all professional, courteous and made my experience so much better! I want everyone to know that Beard Subaru cares about its customers and I truly appreciate the great way I was treated that day! More

So when it came time to buy a car we knew which salesman to seek out. We told him what we wanted to test drive. George immediately put a dealer plate on, gave us the key and off we went. Upon returning George answered all of our questions and we indicated we would think it over. A few days later we returned with our trade in, a 2010 Subaru Outback, to see how the numbers would work. We both felt we were dealt with very fairly by both George and his sales manager, Dan Stewart. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. We couldn’t be happier. More
