They had a great sense of humor while being honest and transparent about pricing. They spent much time and effort explaining the steps to buying a car, the car itself, maintenance, and other "fatherly" advice. Even when there were difficulties with our insurance (no fault of theirs), they maintained a positive atmosphere and continued their sense of humor while "going to bat" for us.
