Everything was great, except that staff almost universally did not mask. I realize there is no local regulation about it, but Mass is also in the midst of an omicron wave, and state government is universally did not mask. I would think a business would err on the side of caution. More

The gentleman I spoke with at the dealership was extremely professional courteous and very helpful. The service was excellent the quality of the work was excellent.
