I'm so sorry that you were inconvenienced and the non-working brake light was not picked up by the technician. You are correct in that it would have most likely been picked up during the mass inspection sticker process. I am also sorry that you were unable to get a sticker in less than an hour. Unfortunately in Massachusetts, there are no appointments for inspection and everything is based on a "first come first serve basis" which can lead to extended wait time. If you would like to give us a second chance I would like to introduce you to Kristen, our BDC Sales Manager, who I am sure could help or answer any questions you have.
