Three people recommended Chris for a sales rep (and the dealership), and he was very professional and easy to negotiate with and I am pleased with the whole Beard team so far. Get me out of here ! Although I was told that my 9:30 appointment would have me out by noon, I wound up spending 4 1/2 hrs in the waiting room. No one checked in with me f Although I was told that my 9:30 appointment would have me out by noon, I wound up spending 4 1/2 hrs in the waiting room. No one checked in with me for an update. I went to the service area to check in with the attendant & found him very off putting and arrogant.The entire time i was conversing with him, he was working on the computer. I stopped talking and stood quietly for about 5-10 minutes at his station, thinking he was looking something up for me. He wasn't. He then looked up and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I will probably not be returning. Manager Jim Mueller was pleasant and helpful when I called after my appointment with some questions. Although I had requested not to have an oil change, which he confirmed was not done, I was charged for oil & a new oil change sticker was put on the windshield. There also was no wiper fluid coming out when I turned on the wipers to check them. So, I thought something went wrong during the wiper recall install. As it turned out, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir when I checked it on my return home. Fluids are normally topped off during this type of service. More
An excellent experience from beginning to end. I bought my first Subaru from this dealership in 2010 and they have serviced my car since then. The sales dept was very courteous and knowledgeable at that time and did not talk down to me since I am a woman. Thank mad a big impression on me. The service dept over the last 6 years has been great. They explain everything thoroughly and are ready and will to answer any and all questions I may have. When it came time to buy a new Forester, I knew I would go right to Beard Subaru and give them the opportunity to sell me a car. Rob Wayburn was very thorough and he came up with a price. My son had wanted me to go to a dealership near where he lives, so I did. They actually came in $500 less than the Beard Subaru quote, but in the end I decided to go with Beard. They have been so good to me and I didn't like the feel of the other dealership. That really does make a difference. More
Satisfied I brought my friend's outback in for oil change and call back item. I love the young man in Subaru Service!!! I was a big fan of Terry in service for years...... He retired and they had a scary guy named Mark who should not been there at all. I had many issues I was a big fan of Terry in service for years...... He retired and they had a scary guy named Mark who should not been there at all. I had many issues with him!!! I found out he left and there was a young man in the service are who had a tiny little desk I think his name was Tim. always loved to ask his opinion on my car and what I should get done. I feel like one day Tim will be the next Terry in my opinion!!!! Thank you Tim and the wonderful workers who service my Subaru. PS I like that you have the first desk in the drive in now!!!
