Throughout the process we continued to be impressed by the loyalty and professionalism and advice of our salesman George Costa. He went the extra mile for us throughout the process. Moreover he has a fine personality, friendly manner, and a very good sense of humor. I am 71 and have bought many new cars throughout my life............about 20. I have never had a better salesman and have never dealt with a better dealership. We had occasion to deal with other members of the Beard staff: Keith Bertrand, Jennifer Brissell, George Meade, and Chris DaCosta. They were all excellent. Perfect Experience We all know buying a car can be a nightmare, and you always walk away feeling like you could have gotten a better deal. Not the case at Beard Subaru. I went online filled out a simple form, and I was immediately contacted by Keith. He was patient and professional, even when I kept changing the color and style of the car. He had prepared all of the paperwork, turned us over to George Costa who could not have been more professional. He went over the car with us, turned us over to Chris DaCosta, the numbers guy, who managed to get us out the door in under 30 mins. Not your usual entire day at the dealership experience. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happe This was my first experience with Beard Subaru. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live in Orleans which is 35 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with George, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about George as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. George went above and beyond when I had questions about Carfax info... He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable!
