I was very disappointed with the overall purchase experience. It started off well, our salesperson, Ryan S. seemed pleasant and knowledgeable. We agreed to purchase a 2024 Outback that Ryan represe experience. It started off well, our salesperson, Ryan S. seemed pleasant and knowledgeable. We agreed to purchase a 2024 Outback that Ryan represented on multiple occasions had been owned only by Cityside and used only as a 'loaner'. When we got to the dealership to complete the transaction things started to go very badly. First when we went to sign the Title document I noticed a different owner's name on the title. Apparently the vehicle has been owned by an individual for about a year and then come into the possession of Cityside. When I queried Ryan, he said that it must have been a mistake, but no big deal. Well to me it was a big deal, I wasn't planning on buying a 'used car'. It raised a lot of questions in my mind like, why was the car turned in after only ten months of use, etc. At that point I asked to see the car again. I noticed a fairly big scratch on the rear quarter panel. That had never been mentioned to me. Again, Ryan said, no big deal, but it was a big deal to me. Then I asked if Cityside could fix the scratch and I was told that they did not do that at the dealership. I was offered some touch up paint and a $500 discount. I was so frustrated by that point, I had already spent hours at the dealership that I agreed to that offer and signed the papers. There were at least 2 other mistakes, that further enhanced my disappointment. And to put icing on the cake, there was no follow up. I remain very disappointed. I have, for now, not gone any further, e.g. posting this review on social media. But I feel like I was deceived and received very poor service. I would like some remediation. More

This October, I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. The staff at Cityside Subaru were Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. The staff at Cityside Subaru were terrific. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and engaging. I had a great time working with them to meet my requirements. Everyone I met to date at Cityside has been great. I have not yet interacted with their service department, and I hope they provide the same level of service. Notes: (1) I did not finance. I paid cash. (2) I purchased upgraded warranties, as I had planned. This was not due to predicted reliability, bat rather for peace of mind as I get older (I am around retirement age now). More

Suffice to say I would now not go to any other Subaru dealer or for that matter to any other car dealer than Cityside-they were that fantastic. Ryan the product specialist was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with -available at every turn, and Bredan and Adam in service were thorough and helped this uneducated car person understand; they were attentive and relievable. Glenn was outstanding, Michela made financing smooth and painless (and cost effective) and Nathan White was true to his word and loyal to a loyal customer. They are simply the best. And I am extremely happy with my 2025 Forrester! More

My older 2015 Outback with 185,000 miles and in need of repairs needed to be replaced to a newer 2023 Outback.
