I had to have my car towed to the dealer for serious brake problems. It was towed in on a Sat morning and I didn't have to go with the car, a nice surprise. I got a 7 am Monday service appointment. B brake problems. It was towed in on a Sat morning and I didn't have to go with the car, a nice surprise. I got a 7 am Monday service appointment. By 8 am I had the details and cost and by 4 pm it was ready to pick up. They sent me a Lyft voucher, I went in at 7 am Tuesday, and was at work by 8am. Really was much smoother and easier than I expected. More

Today’s service by Junior and Brendan was a great improvement from previous service date. Junior contacted me after I reported unsatisfactory service 2 days prior. Both he and Brendan did a super improvement from previous service date. Junior contacted me after I reported unsatisfactory service 2 days prior. Both he and Brendan did a superlative job in correcting the mistake. Both gentlemen were professional and even sent me pictures of the issue so that I could confirm if work should proceed.
