Awful service They notified me in September to bring car in for service, so I booked an appointment and when I showed up they told me it didn't need service and to They notified me in September to bring car in for service, so I booked an appointment and when I showed up they told me it didn't need service and to come back in November so I scheduled a November appointment. When I showed up for the November appointment, they had no record of my appointment even though I had received an confirmation of my appointment a week before. They took the car anyway and promised me to have it done by 5:00. I showed up at 5:30 but it wasn't done until 6:30. Never again! More
