Great overall experience. Went in late on Saturday before the Memorial Day weekend to test drive a Tiguan. Gilbert was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I walked into City VW of Evanston and sales manger intorducted me to salesperson Gilbert Ansah. Gilbert answer all my questions about all the different Atlas models. When I decided on the model I want intorducted me to salesperson Gilbert Ansah. Gilbert answer all my questions about all the different Atlas models. When I decided on the model I wanted City VW did not have that model on the lot. Gilbert and City VW located a car in the area and had the car on the lot with in an hour.
