A+ Experience at City Volkswagen of Evanston! I recently purchased my new Golf GTI from City Volkswagen of Evanston, and the entire experience was exceptional. Frank Guevara was wonderful t I recently purchased my new Golf GTI from City Volkswagen of Evanston, and the entire experience was exceptional. Frank Guevara was wonderful to work with—personable, knowledgeable, informative, and, most importantly, never pushy. He made the whole buying process comfortable and enjoyable. I was also very impressed with Sam, the General Sales Manager. I had a vintage Corvette to trade, and Sam took the time to do the research necessary to give me a fair and thoughtful offer. I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into valuing a unique vehicle rather than simply treating it like an ordinary trade-in. When I returned the next day to pick up my GTI, Zigi was welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere of the entire dealership. It was relaxed and comfortable, and you could genuinely sense that the people there enjoy working together. That makes a difference to a customer. My experience at City Volkswagen of Evanston was a vast contrast to a negative experience I'd had at another dealership. The hour's drive to Evanston was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Frank, Sam, Zigi, and the entire City Volkswagen team. I love my new GTI and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive, no-pressure car-buying experience. A+ all the way! More
