As always the crew in VW service department are always ready to assist. Brandon is who I have worked with in the past and remembers me everytime I come in. Brandon as well helped me out this time. It turned out my car had a other issues that were detected and Brandon was right on it in getting it covered under my warranty. He was successful in getting majority of the repairs covered and kept me posted through the whole time my car was getting repaired since it is a process when the parts have to be covered under the extended warranty. Overall, I couldn't be more happier that my car was repaired and Brandon was so helpful during the whole time. I always appreciate his professionalism and great customer service.
