Outrageous experience I took my car towed to service because I had a problem with the power steering. I got a quote for almost 9 thousand dollars, for replacing alternator, I took my car towed to service because I had a problem with the power steering. I got a quote for almost 9 thousand dollars, for replacing alternator, battery, water pump, vacuum pump and a few other things. The recommendation was to throw my car away and buy a new one, because my car was worth less than that. Next day I got an email saying that if I was selling my car, I could be put in contact with someone that maybe was interested in buying it (I guess for pennies). I took my car to a different mechanic, and after checking it, he found nothing. NOTHING! The car is running again. Alternator/pulley is charging the battery at its normal amperage, the battery is good, etc. I did not pay a single dollar for parts. This was an outrageous experience. I will never go back to service my car there. More

High pressure and confusing pitch to try to get me to purchase an extended warranty from the "generous owner". Never received a copy of the service that was done on the car at the dealership. Once purchase was complete, no one came into the car with me to explain how anything worked or the features. Left there upset instead of happy having just got a new car. Took all the fun out of car buying. Love the car - would never buy one there again though. More

Honestly, I’m beyond disappointed in the behavior, communication, and sales process that I endured. Yes, I wound up buying the car, but I truly cannot wait to be done with this contract with your comp communication, and sales process that I endured. Yes, I wound up buying the car, but I truly cannot wait to be done with this contract with your company so I never have to interact with your entity ever again. Your salesmen lacked the ability to effectively communicate next steps I talked with an abhorrently rude individual that has absolutely no tact or manners. If it wasn’t for Joe, the finance individu, I would have completely walked away and filed complaints with the BBB. Once I am done with a contract I never wanted to be a part of and by the time I realized I was stuck in, it was too late, I will insist that your company never talks to me. If I have to hear from your entity in any manner, I will likely file a grievance or complaint. This has been the absolute worst device of my life. Please do not ever contact me again. More

I thought that the sales person was effective on the phone and detailed about the description of the car. He was able to show the features of the car. I was very disappointed by his attempt to charg phone and detailed about the description of the car. He was able to show the features of the car. I was very disappointed by his attempt to charge me over $1,000 for the delivery and prep. Your dealership lost credibility with me on that move. Paying for the car was a fiasco. I did not appreciate the time it took to finalize the paperwork. More
