Great customer service I was interested in buying a Prius Prime. I made a request using Truecar, I got a fast respond from Capitol Toyota at San Jose. I was able to make an appointment the same day after work for a test drive. Ryan had the car ready when I arrived to the dealership. After a detailed explanation about the car featurea I drove the car and I new it was what I was looking for. Back at the office, we talked about the options and incentives available for purchasing the car. We closed the deal in a very no pressure type atmosphere. In this dealer shop, after buying the car, you can ring a bell and everybody cheer you up and clapped. Beside, making you feel happy and well , it's a very Facebook moment. After a short wait, I met with the financial advisor, signed the paperwork and I was the happy owner of a new Prius. More
Regular maintenance interval done quickly I came early, around 0655. There were quite a few cars ahead of me, but at 0700 a service advisor came right up and got me registered / started. Service experience about two months later was a little surprising... No coffee in the waiting room cause coffeemaker was broken. That’s what cashiers told people waiting an hour or more for a shuttle. A trip to a coffee shop to get a large container of coffee for customers would have been much appreciated... just until the dealership gets a new coffeemaker. Also, cars, seating three people only, were being used instead of shuttles, contributing to the long wait... and large crowd in the waiting room. My service today however was fairly quick. More
