Super efficient and they always honor my premium car service warranty (aka they do what they can to make everything included within this warranty which I appreciate!!). My service advisor was Justin who was maybe 2 minutes away doing something so I was waiting at his desk and was SUPER busy had what seemed like 100 other errands to run and I'm sure the look on my face told the whole story because Paul Hall who was to the left of Justin said he would be happy to help me in the interim. Paul was awesome: he knew I was in a rush so helped me in a timely manner, was super friendly and just took initiative. Very good service adviser....should be promoted in my opinion because it was 10 minutes before closing and he appeared happy and still optimistic at this time. More
