That’s what cashiers told people waiting an hour or more for a shuttle. A trip to a coffee shop to get a large container of coffee for customers would have been much appreciated... just until the dealership gets a new coffeemaker. Also, cars, seating three people only, were being used instead of shuttles, contributing to the long wait... and large crowd in the waiting room. My service today however was fairly quick. More

I had a tire issue in the freeway, they help me out!! She mentioned that she was off the next morning and to speak to Jesse, I drop off the car and the next morning I called and they fix my car before noon, sent me a shuttle to pick me up and my car was fixed since I bought the tires there, they fix it NO charges and my car was ready before noon the next day of the issue. Great services, great people, what more can I ask. Oh, by the way I had AAA so my tow was free too, More

Five and a half hours with an appointment I called on friday and made an appointment for 1030 am the following monday. I had my car packed to move so I waited in their lounge. It took five hours for my car to finish with a routine maintenance check. If theyou do this by appointment they should know how many cars they have and what kind ahead of time. They should also know how long this maintenence will take. I think they are missing the point of appointments. I had to cancel a hotel reservation in Kingman Arizona and move it to Barstow because they delayed my departure so much. My two day trip is now a three day trip. In the future if you can't get to the car until 3 you should make the appointment at 3 or even 230 would be an improvement. More

I believe in genuine Toyota parts and Toyota certified trained mechanics, I've had the pleasure of meeting multiple Service agents and they are a great team of hard working guys. Price may be a factor depending on what your car needs but judging from two Toyota made cars, I recommend Dealer services over others, particularly Capitol Toyota. AND let's not forget the hard working Shuttle drivers too! They have to go everywhere! I always have fun conversing with them! I can't name all whom I've been helped by, but I do know that they are a great team! More
