Let down Driver came to pick me up but John had not called me to tell me my car was ready and the driver called minutes from picking me up. Got to your location and the driver dropped me at reception and said he would tell John I was there. I waited in reception about 20 minutes before calling John. I left a message that I was waiting in reception. 20 minutes later I asked Veronica to call John. He did not answer. She got ahold of someone else who came up with the paperwork and said that he had seen me sitting there earlier. All this time my car was out and in plain sight. I asked John to call me back with an explanation but I am still waiting. More
