I appreciate his willingness to come out into the heat that day to help us, especially when other salesmen rode by on their golf carts and did F150. I called the dealership with the price I could afford and the car I wanted to buy. I was looking for a used 2011 convertible mustang. The front bumper on my 2002 Lincoln Towncar has been bumped into and really scraped badly. Being a Pearl White car, these darj scrape marks were hideous. I took it into my dealership, Leith-Lincoln and my Service Manager told me to go across the street to Capital Ford where they had a Body Shop and I would find that they would give me a good job and a fair price. Upon arriving at Capital Ford, I was met--even before getting out of my car, by Mr. Tim Setliff, who handed me his business card and asked if he could help me. I told him my story and he graciously drove me in my car ar my requesst around to the body shop and put me in touch with the right person to look at my car and make an estimate to repair the damages. This young man, I did do not remember his name, told me to waot for him to try something out first. He came out with a can of B-3 cream and litterly polished off all those ugly scuff marks from the plastic front bumper and I had a small bottle of paint that I had for touch=up and he applied two coats and it was amazing what this did for that horrible damaged spot. He did not charge me one dime for the 20 minutes or more that it took to clean this and just invited me to call upon them for any future needs. What excellent service!! Fron the front door to the Body Shop, friendly, carintg and professional representatives really rolled out the red carpetto me. I will not soon forget this rare kind of service in my Capital City, Raleigh, NC Ford Motor Company gets my vote!! More
