I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2011 Ford Explorer at Capital Ford. I sent in an email to the dealership asking about a vehicle I had seen online, and was promptly contacted by Mr. Webb. Whil Explorer at Capital Ford. I sent in an email to the dealership asking about a vehicle I had seen online, and was promptly contacted by Mr. Webb. While they did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, they were able to locate it, and had it at the dealership the next day. The entire staff was kind and courtesy, and made this a easy transaction. While I might could have saved a couple hundred dollars somewhere else, I continue to return to Capital Ford because of the service. Thank you, Capital Ford. More
I felt swindled, mishandled, taken advantage of, and forced into a vehicle I did not want. Now I am trying to cancel the GAP insurance, and keep getting a run-around. They have allot of cars, but not many in the price range I was looking for. The salesman said do you want it to run ? I was looking for $6000.00 car. I know they are hard to find. After my car was totaled, I was in need of a new ride, and fast. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. We were looking to buy a new Ford Mustang convertible. I went to Amex Car buying program and configured a car based on our requirement and it gave me a price of the car and pointed us to 3 dealers. As it was near my wife's office we decided to check the car. When we went into the dealership Ruben said that we don't have the color and showed us different cars, and when I mentioned him about the amex car buying price guarantee he said we will see about it later. He was not ready to talk about it at all. He took us to show one used Mustang which was not what we were looking for as we wanted GT but he told us that the 11 Mustang has more power than the old GT which is true and I really admired the knowledge of the salesperson about that. He showed us the car which was the base model without any upgrades 11 Mustang with 200 miles and said that the car was 28995 which was too much over priced. He tried us to force us saying that it was a deal buying that car as it has all the factory warranty and all that. As I knew from the Amex certificate that fully configured GT with auto was costing me 31500 that he was lying and even when he reduced the price to 28K we were not interested. When I came back home and went to Amex car buying site and checked for the price with all the incentives it was saying 25250$ at another dealer. So the guy and the dealership was trying to sell that car for almost 3K over the Invoice price. If you are buying a new car do go and check American express car buying site which gives u all the incentives and the price below the invoice with 3 dealers without taking your information which will help you from these kind of dealerships. More
If you can go to another Suzuki Dealership then I would recommend doing that. I had a very bad experience twice with the service department. I had to get someone that works there to physically walk over to get them to call me back. I left a voicemail and Ben never called back until late afternoon after someone walked over and asked for him to contact me. When I went there to drop off my car it didn't seem busy and Ben and one other guy where just sitting back behind the counter not answering the phones ringing and not with any customers. It's very frustrating for someone to act like they don't care and not return your calls or answer when you call especially when you have things wrong with your vehicle. More

Finally a dealership without a hint of the sterotype. All the staff was exceptional and the personal service was excellent. Can I get an Amen ! for capital Ford.
