We had the pleasure to work with Nigel Brown on test driving and purchasing a vehicle. He was very respectful, patient and not pushy at all on making a sale. he took good care of us. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we test drove. All the staff that we met seemed to be friendly and personable.
BUYERS BEWARE. I purchased a truck from Capital Ford of Raleigh on August 21, 2024, and over 7 months later, they’ve still failed to provide a title. Capital Ford admitted they were unable to obtain the title, yet no resolution has been provided. Now, they’ve requested I return the truck to their lot so it appears unsold for DMV inspection purposes — instead of taking full responsibility for the issue. This situation has escalated to the point that I’ve filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and have had to retain legal counsel. Think twice before buying here.
Terrible customer service trying to get them to call me back should’ve known not to buy a car in my local vicinity plus they were not negotiate with me at all and made me by $600 warranty that I did not need
Yesterday I purchased my second vehicle from Devon Williams, my family has a history of purchasing from capital ford because of Devon, he makes the purchasing process easy and is ready to answer any questions you have. My family and I will continue to purchase vehicles from Devon Williams as long as he’s selling!!!!

Worked with Christopher on two occasions. First was a test drive of a truck seen on the lot in May but wasn't ready to purchase yet. Christopher stated up front that for any follow-up, the ball was in my court and he would not be calling to get me to buy. He was as good as his word. When I was ready to buy, the first truck was gone as was the one that I popped in to see but he had another that was of interest. Test drove and purchased a used F-150 from this dealership about 10 days ago. The vehicle was a CPO, which means dealer will supply two keys but only one was available. He told me that I could come by in two days and he would have one for me. I met him two days later as agreed and he had the key programmed and cut and the detailer gave it a quick clean. I mentioned the box cleats keys were missing and he offered to get them and mail them when they came in. Received them today and they were right the first time. Financing with Mike was a breeze and we were out the door with the F-150 in about three hours from test drive to homeward bound. I didn't even get writer's cramp signing any inordinate amount of paperwork. I traded my old truck and got a fair price. They chose to list it for sale themselves and and it is apparent the price offered to me was fair. All in all, this has been the best purchase experience I can ever recall at a dealership. I've had prior trucks serviced there and I'll be back in future if I need to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Chris and Mike!
