This sales person emailed to find out if I was still interested in purchasing a car from them. I stated that I had already given him my answer when we talked last and thank you but no thank you. I the interested in purchasing a car from them. I stated that I had already given him my answer when we talked last and thank you but no thank you. I then received an email blasting me telling me not to blame them because I can't get a vehicle and that my vehicles price is what it is even without seeing my vehicle. This sales person was very rude and his last email was completely uncalled for and should never have been sent. Even if I wanted a newer car, I would not and will not EVER buy from Capital Ford More
I wanted to give Ford, a american based automobile a chance since our automobile industry can use all the sales it can get. But from this pass sunday experience at Capital Ford dealership not only would chance since our automobile industry can use all the sales it can get. But from this pass sunday experience at Capital Ford dealership not only would I not buy from that dealership but also ask others to shop elsewhere. I went to the dealership after reading a mailed coupon. The fact is I been looking into a caravan for months now. From the start the sales person would not give me a price. I spend about hour looking at caravans and when finally decided to test drive a vehicle and I still did not get a price. Figured after the test drive I would finally get a price instead the dealership ran my credit report for a vehicle that I havent even decided to purchase as of yet. Sales person wasnt pushy instead just lied his way thru our visit. After waiting 30mins for the salesperson only to find out my credit was ran for a car I was not purchasing nor did I give permission or want my credit to be ran. Then a final word came from a moron loan officer telling me I will not be getting back my personel information (SS# and personel info) which was promise back to me by the sales person. The entire visit to Capital Ford was a waste of time and a poor resemblance of a car sales lot. My visit to Cary, Crossroads Ford was excellent and I am in such regret going to Capital Ford. If your going to spend your hard earn money on a new vehicle spend it wisely, spend on a establishment that works hard on earning your respect and your time when shopping on a expense that will cost you 3 or 4 years of payments. Fast service. Salesperson should know more about vehicles. Careful, they'll slide in 5 year warrenty coverage ($1000+) and GAP insurance ($350) autimatically when they start doing your finances.<br vehicles.
