Customer service is very poor at Capital Ford - sales person and his manager. My wife and I went to purchase a used Van and test drove a few of them. The first few vans were not in good shape as I took person and his manager. My wife and I went to purchase a used Van and test drove a few of them. The first few vans were not in good shape as I took them to a mechanic to have them looked at. Through the process I managed to negotiate some prices on some of those vehicles prior to taking them for a test drive. Sales person's manager seemed upset when I took my time to negotiate prices. After my first negotiation, manager would no longer even look at me when walking by or even say hello. This took a few days. We finally found the van that was newer and seemed to have no issues. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on the price. I heard the manager telling the sales rep "walk away if he doesn't like this price." Sales rep literally walked away mumbling with his head down saying, "you want me to give you the car". Never saying have a nice day-thanks for coming by-shake even shook my hand. I do not consider a $22k car to just be given away by a dealership. Sales rep was later calling me several times while I was finalizing my purchase of a 2008 Honda Odyssey at Leith Honda. I couldn't answer his calls but I did text him explaining what was going on. Sales rep seemed furious through his text once I told him I purchased a van from Leith Honda. I have the text messages saved by the way for those who would like to read them. I am 36 years old. I bought my first car at 18 from Capital Ford and many more after that, to include a brand new Explorer Eddie Bower several years ago. I currently drive a 2010 Taurus, a business company car, due to trade. Unfortunately, company I work for has a deal with Ford-LeasePlan, but I can assure you that I will be providing my feedback to who ever is in charge of our company vehicles. Capital Ford needs to work on how to treat potential customers valued and those sales rep at the used car lot need to STOP smoking in front of the entrance door as well. Below please find my Google review to Leith Honda: A huge Thank You to Leith Honda in Raleigh NC and sales person Ricardo Boccardo for my 2008 Honda Odyssey. I went to the Ford dealership first which was a big mistake. My family had a horrible experience as the staff at Capital Ford (from sales person to manager) do not have a clue how to take care of potential customers. Capital Ford "wanted" me to buy the car they wanted to sell. I felt pressure and mistreated. I had to file a claim with my bank to get the $200 they told me was refundable. Capital Ford's sales person was not willing to help me since I never bought the car they wanted. On the other hand, awesome experience with Ricardo. Mr. Boccardo was very friendly and helpful with our situation and with "NO' pressure what so ever. The rest of Leith Honda's staff was very friendly as well. Day and Night compare to the horrible experience at Capital Ford in Raleigh. I recommend 100% for everyone to stop by and see Ricardo at Leigh Honda on your next purchase! Sincerely, Romero More
I just purchased a brand new 2012 Ford Mustang from Ed Barnes. Throughout the process, he was great. Rich was absolutely amazing in helping purchase my first vehicle. I traveled from Maryland because i absolutely had to have my sexy Mustang. My overall experience with Capital Ford was great. After initially talking with Andrea at the dealership, she was willing to work with me through email since I didn't have the spare time to spend talking on initially talking with Andrea at the dealership, she was willing to work with me through email since I didn't have the spare time to spend talking on the phone or returning to the dealership. All of the sales staff I worked with were friendly and helpful. The day I purchased my truck, everything was ready before I arrived and the process went quickly. Capital Ford was able to beat the best price other dealerships were able to offer. I picked up my truck the next day with no hassle and am very happy with the purchase and dealership. More

I just want to say Mr. Russo is over the top in his customer service. I had called first before making the trip to your dealership because I only had a little amount of gas;I live in Four Oaks, NC. I am not sure I can put into the proper words of our dealing with Capital Ford. We had a bad experience with another dealership that left us very disappointed and not sure we could trust anything we we dealing with Capital Ford. Linda Carcio greeted us and listened to our story and was very concerned about our previous experience. She assured us that we would not be mislead and played with. She assured us that she and the dealership would approach our purchase with complete details and no hidden or shady deals. Daivd Poole was our salesman and he was patient and understanding of our situation (out credit was very poor) and assured us he would do his best for us with no pressure. After a preliminary applicatiom and approvel within a price range we could handle he presented us with our vehicle options. He was informative and answered all questions in professional manner but also down to earth. We left Friday evening very positive but apprehensive due to our credit situation. We were called by both David and Linda Saturday morning and advised we had been approved by the bank for the vehicle we wanted for the downpayment and monthly payments we could handle. While excited we were still a bit concerned especially after what happened at the previous dealership. Once again we were greeted warmly by both Linda and David. David had the dealer tag on the vehicle and we test drove the vehicle and were very excited. The finance person, Mike Ventura was up front and explained everything to our satisfaction and left no question unanswered. We know he worked very hard to make this deal happen and we appreciate what he did. We are so appreciative of all the effort and honesty by everyone. We left with a new vehicle which we thought would be impossible. We cannot express how happy we are with our vehicle and Linda, David and Mike. I had originally came to Capital Ford to help my brother pick out a car. We had David Poole as our salesman and couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Capital Ford is a very friendly place and I always have assistance every-time I walk in. David Poole is an exceptional person and goes out of his way to help the customer.
