From start to finish, I had an overall excellent experience with the individuals involved in the purchase of my new 2012 F150 super crew. Skeet was very "down to earth" and fair for negotiations. experience with the individuals involved in the purchase of my new 2012 F150 super crew. Skeet was very "down to earth" and fair for negotiations. Mark Keeler is a great salesman as I enjoyed his "no pressure" approach as the truck sold itself. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable for answering my questions about the truck and the process. Mr. Pridgen was very nice to deal with and had finance options ready to go across multiple scenarios. Brandi was also helpful as I had some additional options installed on my truck which involved her assistance for a rental while my truck was being worked on. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overall experience was great and my monthly payment was within $2 of my target. :) My personal THANKS to the entire team!!! More

Ok so after first arriving onto the lot, I was welcomed and made to feel like my business was first priority and very well welcomed. The representative I was given by a manager was told to "Get her a car w and made to feel like my business was first priority and very well welcomed. The representative I was given by a manager was told to "Get her a car with the lowest miles you can find" and "Make sure you take care of her". They made me feel as though they were really on my side and were going to make sure that I got the best deal of a car for what I was looking for. They made me feel like they cared. WELL OBVIOUSLY IT WAS JUST A FRONT, a way to get you comfortable in order to get your money, but not genuine at all because after not finding what I was looking for on the lot, I was told that there were 28 lots total and "the best representative" was to be put on a mission to find and put me in a new car by the next day, no later. I was to go home and await a call from the rep. Well the next day came, and I got no call. I figured he was probably busy, so I called and was told they were still working on it and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. I was depending on it, but did I receive a call? No! So the next day I called to check status, and I was told there was a match and that he was busy selling another car at the moment but would call me back in 15 minutes. I was again, dependent upon this call in hope for a set of wheels to get me back on the road again. But do you think I received a call? No! So again, I called back and was told to call back on Monday at 12. I called, was directed to the rep, and no one picked up. I was disappointed, and I felt hopeless. I put my trust in this dealership to hold up their word and I feel like I was blown off after being told that I was going to be taken care of. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm definetly not going or calling back. I'll continue looking elsewhere for a vehicle. I wished they hadn't wasted my time. More
We have purchased several new and used vehicles from a variety of dealerships in our 35 years of marriage. They have all been "an ordeal" to say the least. Our experience today was THE BEST AND MOST PLEASA variety of dealerships in our 35 years of marriage. They have all been "an ordeal" to say the least. Our experience today was THE BEST AND MOST PLEASANT experience EVER. We have purchased vehicles in different states as well. We have run the gammit of scenarios from buying something outright with no trade. Buying with trade and no cash down, buying with cash down, or even just a trade. We were so leary of going to another dealership where we would end up in an upside down condition with less of a car than we wanted or, of buying a dream car that we can't really afford. Let us say that today was a REFRESHING and even REVITALIZING experience! First of all, we were greeted instantly as we stepped out of our vehicle. We asked for an associate specifically and found out that he was no longer employed here. We were fine to deal with whoever wanted to help us. Chris Mitchell was eager and pleased to help us. We began with some nice getting to know you conversation. Chris was very focused on us and attentive the entire time. He took the time to find out what we hoped to accomplish, what we wanted/needed in a car and our ideal payment. So far so good, but you need to remember our opening remarks...we have had 95% BAD buying experiences in our past so we remained guarded and reserved judgement. We were also greeted warmly by Tom (the gentleman that does the used vehicle appraisals) he seemed committed to giving us a winning experience and "earning our business". Our information was gathered and Tom quickly did an appraisal on our trade in vehicle and even seemed eager to get our trade in! Refreshing!!! Next we had to run home for our 2nd part of the trade in. They were right there awaiting our return and attentive still. The place was busy but these gentlemen treated us as though we were the only ones in the room. They gave us a sheet of paper with our trade in appraisals before they even knew how much we wanted to spend....Wonderful! Figures that were clear to us and up front, even in written form...next there were 2 different cars ready for us to check out and test drive. Chris continually kept in mind where we wanted to be payment wise and listened to our needs and desires. He gave us freedom to explore and we had the opportunity to test drive both. We of course went with the Taurus which suited me to a Tee! We were then processed through the financial services agent, Jesse who made it all happen for us. They even got us a low interest rate. Oh how terrific that the buyer agreement was so clear and easy to see the price of the car, trade in values, minus any payoffs and rebates then any dealer items etc...it was clear and concise and we could see how much was going to be financed. We were introduced to the owner and Mark in the advertising area, and Chris the gentleman that teaches us about the Sync things... We felt like VIP's..... We would highly recommend anyone to come to this dealership with their vehicle purchase needs. Gold Star to everyone today who made our buying experience so glorious! More

From the moment we drove onto the lot to take a look around, we felt welcomed but not overwhelmed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and never pushy. All of our questions were answered. We were gi around, we felt welcomed but not overwhelmed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and never pushy. All of our questions were answered. We were given all the information we needed to come away with a car we wanted. I normally dread car lots and car salesmen, but this was a hassle-free and pleasant experience. I will absolutely refer my friends and family to Capital Ford, and when I need another vehicle I will return there myself. More
Purchasing a car thru Capital Ford with Doug Creech was the easiest car purchase possible. The laid back, no pressure, friendly informative approach was a wonderful experience. My husband was killed accidently in December and since my headlights kept going out and the problem could not be corrected on my old car I had to find a new one. I could not have gone to a better place than headlights kept going out and the problem could not be corrected on my old car I had to find a new one. I could not have gone to a better place than Capital Ford. Jerry and Vick were just great. They were so helpful and patient to answer any questions I had and find just the exact car I wanted and needed. I absolutely cannot think of one single thing that I was not completely satisfied with concerning this transaction. My family was with me and were also impressed with the sense of kindness and caring shown to us during this difficult time. So thank you Jerry and Vick for making our visit to your dealership such a positive experience. I certainly would buy another car from Capital Ford and recommend them highly to my friends. More
The service rep made an honest mistake when discussing the options for my problem...which ended up costing me $200 for a key fob I ended up not needing. When I discussed it with management they refused m the options for my problem...which ended up costing me $200 for a key fob I ended up not needing. When I discussed it with management they refused my refund based on the fact that I came in asking for a key fob - and despite the misinformation - I had received that key fob. However, when I spoke with another manager, he carefully listened to my situation and spoke with the General Manager. After really looking at the situation, they refunded me the money for the parts, which is all I was asking for. No company is going to be perfect, and I think the mark of a good company is one that is willing to honestly address those situations and make them right. Capital Ford did just that. More
Customer service is very poor at Capital Ford - sales person and his manager. My wife and I went to purchase a used Van and test drove a few of them. The first few vans were not in good shape as I took person and his manager. My wife and I went to purchase a used Van and test drove a few of them. The first few vans were not in good shape as I took them to a mechanic to have them looked at. Through the process I managed to negotiate some prices on some of those vehicles prior to taking them for a test drive. Sales person's manager seemed upset when I took my time to negotiate prices. After my first negotiation, manager would no longer even look at me when walking by or even say hello. This took a few days. We finally found the van that was newer and seemed to have no issues. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on the price. I heard the manager telling the sales rep "walk away if he doesn't like this price." Sales rep literally walked away mumbling with his head down saying, "you want me to give you the car". Never saying have a nice day-thanks for coming by-shake even shook my hand. I do not consider a $22k car to just be given away by a dealership. Sales rep was later calling me several times while I was finalizing my purchase of a 2008 Honda Odyssey at Leith Honda. I couldn't answer his calls but I did text him explaining what was going on. Sales rep seemed furious through his text once I told him I purchased a van from Leith Honda. I have the text messages saved by the way for those who would like to read them. I am 36 years old. I bought my first car at 18 from Capital Ford and many more after that, to include a brand new Explorer Eddie Bower several years ago. I currently drive a 2010 Taurus, a business company car, due to trade. Unfortunately, company I work for has a deal with Ford-LeasePlan, but I can assure you that I will be providing my feedback to who ever is in charge of our company vehicles. Capital Ford needs to work on how to treat potential customers valued and those sales rep at the used car lot need to STOP smoking in front of the entrance door as well. Below please find my Google review to Leith Honda: A huge Thank You to Leith Honda in Raleigh NC and sales person Ricardo Boccardo for my 2008 Honda Odyssey. I went to the Ford dealership first which was a big mistake. My family had a horrible experience as the staff at Capital Ford (from sales person to manager) do not have a clue how to take care of potential customers. Capital Ford "wanted" me to buy the car they wanted to sell. I felt pressure and mistreated. I had to file a claim with my bank to get the $200 they told me was refundable. Capital Ford's sales person was not willing to help me since I never bought the car they wanted. On the other hand, awesome experience with Ricardo. Mr. Boccardo was very friendly and helpful with our situation and with "NO' pressure what so ever. The rest of Leith Honda's staff was very friendly as well. Day and Night compare to the horrible experience at Capital Ford in Raleigh. I recommend 100% for everyone to stop by and see Ricardo at Leigh Honda on your next purchase! Sincerely, Romero More
