Had a bad experience with a slacker salesman with an attitude at Crossroads Ford when we stopped by to get a ball park on what they would give her for her 2007 Cadillac. At Capital, we called them and told them what we had to trade and Terry Sharpe gave me a ball park range, which is all I wanted. From that point on, Terry made sure that we had a pleasant experience. The rest of the folks at Capital seemed very nice as well. They didn't pressure us in any way, yet let us know what her options for financing, extended warranty, etc. were. She loves the car (a 2013 Taurus Limited) and I have to say, that it's not your uncle's Taurus! Ford did a good job on this car! More
I came in on a Thursday night at about 8pm, an hour before closing time. I was welcomed and given excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door. Mr. Liles took his time despite the late hour of the day, never once did I feel rushed or pressured. He walked me through the whole process making my first vehicle purchase less nerve-wrecking. He did everything he could to make my experience as smooth as possible. The next day I was once again welcomed by great customer service and Bubba assisted me in the buying process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Bubba Liles and without a doubt plan on returning to Capital Ford for my next vehicle purchasing needs. I've had my car for less than 24 hours and I've already told several people about Bubba and the great buying experience I had thanks to all his help, patience and friendly demeanor. More
I went to Capital Ford looking to sell or trade my truck for a vehicle with a lower payment & better mileage. We have bought two cars with Richard over the past six months, and in both cases he had cars brought in for us from a sister dealership and got us a great deal each time. I came to Capital Ford on Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 to look at the Ford Taurus SHO that I had received an online quote for. Upon my arrival I was greated by Bubba Liles. Bubba greated us with a smile and let me tell him what I was looking for along with someother possible options. We looked over the lots inventory and had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is without a doubt my most enjoyable and memorable experience of buying an automobile. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but with Bubba it was like going to a candy store with a flavor in mind and then every possible question that I had asked would have been answered except for he had my answers about the vehicles we looked at before i could ask them to him. He has a great wealth of knowledge and showed his experience with the up most professionalism. I also felt like I knew him and could trust him after our first few words together. He definetly sold me the car. Regardless of the absolute elegance of the car or the fact that I had come their to get this car, Bubba had made up my mind that I was coming to Capital Ford to purchase my cars from now on. I have bought cars for a lot of different places in my life. Munich, Germany I bought a BMW, Colorado Springs I bought a Saturn, In Middletown, NY I bought my first Ford Explorer, in Walden NY I bought a New Corvette, in New Mexico I bought an F 150 FX4 supercrew, at Crossroads Ford I purchased my secound new F 150 FX4 which I still have and my second Ford Explorer but not one of these locations ever gave me the lasting impression that I know I have received from Bubba Liles and all of the Capital Ford Team. I have to say that enjoying your day while selling or purchasing your car are unmistakable experiences. To enjoy yourself while you sell a car you have to realy like where you are and what you do and who you are working with as when buying a car it is the same. I am without a doubt going to be buying the rest of my vehicles at Capital Ford and servicing them there as well. Bubbba's great knowledge, expertise and happy attidue are the first things I had great me that morning and the very last things that sent me off with what is what i feel my most awsome car I have ever had. And guess what. It is a ford and Bubba helped me get it. More
I visited 10 dealerships during my recent search for a new car. The main reason I kept coming back to Capitol Ford was how well I was treated by Jason Griffith and the rest of the staff there. This has been the least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. This may sound silly, but I was never allowed to leave a dealership so easily before in my life. Working with Kevin Davis in Finance was a pleasure as well. You usually are "scared" going into the back room to "work the deal". But Kevin was friendly, professional and stayed focused on the dotted line. I researched the price they quoted me and it was inline with every other dealer. They did all they could to make this work for me. Bottom line was I loved the car (2013 Focus SE Hatchback), none of this would have mattered. I did visit 3 other Ford dealerships and kept coming back to Capitol. Thanks for remembering what good customer service is about. More
