At Capital, we called them and told them what we had to trade and Terry Sharpe gave me a ball park range, which is all I wanted. From that point on, Terry made sure that we had a pleasant experience. The rest of the folks at Capital seemed very nice as well. They didn't pressure us in any way, yet let us know what her options for financing, extended warranty, etc. were. I came in on a Thursday night at about 8pm, an hour before closing time. I was welcomed and given excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I came to Capital Ford on Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 to look at the Ford Taurus SHO that I had received an online quote for. Upon my arrival I was greated by Bubba Liles. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but with Bubba it was like going to a candy store with a flavor in mind and then every possible question that I had asked would have been answered except for he had my answers about the vehicles we looked at before i could ask them to him. He has a great wealth of knowledge and showed his experience with the up most professionalism. I also felt like I knew him and could trust him after our first few words together.
