I wanted to get out of my 2011 F-150 and into a brand new 2012 or 2013. I walked the lot by myself, found a beautiful 2012, Bubba happened to be driving by parking a vehicle, I walked up to him and asked, "H 2012 or 2013. I feel confident that the vehicle was was thoroughly inspected prior to being sold by the dealership, which lightens my concerns when buying a used car. My husband and I have the best car buying experience ever!!! I had called Capital Ford and spoke with Skeet Johnson and explained our credit issues and our trade (we still owed on) he said they work wit ever!!! He was very polite and asked when I would be able to come in. I arrived in the evening and asked for Skeet Johnson who introduced me to Matt Webb. I sat down and explained to him the same thing I told Skeet Johnson on the phone. As I was waiting for my husband to meet me there we filled out paperwork to pull credit. I was so worried because we had a horrible experience at another dealership a few days before because of our credit. When my husband arrived Matt Webb sat down with both of us and said (which I was thinking it was going to be the same as the other place) we can make things work out with a NEW CAR! WHAT!!! A NEW CAR!!! We were so excited and surprised. Matt was so helpful and knowledgeable even with the million questions we asked. We ended up buying a 2013 Ford Focus.
