From pulling up on the lot and being swarmed buy sales staff, to having to deal with the negotiating process. I'd have say in working with Justin this was my most pleasant car buying experience ever. He went out of his way to make sure we got the right vehicle for our family. Very low pressure and a very nice and personable guy. I'd highly recommend if you are looking for a car here then ask for Justin by name. More

Weren't able to come to an agreement the day I came in but they let me drive the car home and have it for the day while they worked on getting me in the car the next day I was done and in the car in roughly an hour and a half I'm extremely pleased with my car go talk to Justin he works hard for you and won't steer you wrong More

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with warm smiles and friendly conversations from almost every employee that we passed by. We worked with Justin Hamlin, he was friendly and happily answered all of our questions and concerns. We walked in hoping to purchase a used car and instead left with a brand new one! How amazing is that!? Skeet the manager was also very nice and was constantly checking on us to see how we were doing. We were never pressured into a certain vehicle or into anything we didn't want like most car sales reps make you feel. There were plenty of different snacks and refreshments while we waited and clean bathrooms and waiting areas. Everything was just fast and easy. We were so pleased we recommended him to a friend and he walked away with a new car the next day as well. Thanks Capital Ford and Justin Hamlin for making our experience a great one. We look forward to many happy times and miles in our new car. More
Diesel owners beware! If you have a diesel truck don't waste your time going to the Capital Ford Service center! They are extremely unprofessional, not returning phone call If you have a diesel truck don't waste your time going to the Capital Ford Service center! They are extremely unprofessional, not returning phone calls etc. I was even hung up on when I questioned the diagnosis of the vehicle. I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere and had to pay for the misdiagnosis before they would release the vehicle. I took my diesel to NCB Diesel and they had a correct diagnosis within an hour. More

Go here if you like being lied to I was lied to right from the moment we started talking about price, which is when I should have walked out. The saleman told me I was getting $18,500 I was lied to right from the moment we started talking about price, which is when I should have walked out. The saleman told me I was getting $18,500 for my trade and before we got through all the numbers a sales manager sat down and said I was getting $16,000. I immediately asked him why it was different and he told me the salesman was wrong and moved on quickly to the next item on the sheet hoping I wouldn't question it anymore I guess? I was lied to a couple more times during the process and was deceived on the incentives. Everytime I asked about an incentive I was told that I already got it. However; I received a total of $3,500 in incentives, but it should have been atleast $5,500. Maybe more, but it's hard to get a straight answer there. Don't waste your time, if you don't do your homework and don't know what the numbers should be, then you'll obviously leave feeling good about the sale. Instead, be a smart shopper and do the research before you give them the opportunity to give you a bad deal. I came in there knowing which vehicle specifically I wanted so that may have been my downfall? They didn't have to earn the sale and I got taken advantage of by Capital's sales team. More

Purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually from Brett Dippolito and was assisted by Ron Schaffer. I have bought several trucks from Brett and his attention to customer service and ease of a purchase is awesome!! Brett goes out his way to help myself and my wife everytime we buy a truck from him. He was recently promoted to internet sales manager and deserves every promotion that comes along. He is the reason I come back to Capital Ford for purchases. The truck had some minor issues and Brett went out of his way to get the truck repaired and returned in new condition. Wanted to also mention Ron Schaffer and the fine person he is. He called everyday to update us on the repair and is an excellent person to deal with. Hats off to Brett and Ron for a job well done!! More

The sales team of Brett Dipollito - including Brett, Jason Voss and Brian Anctil, were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about all questions concerning the vehicle that I selected. I will visit Capital Ford, and Team Brett again; and I will also send others to them who may be interested in a new/used car purchase. Many thanks, all! A great experience from start to finish. Sold me a FRAME DAMAGED car!!!! Capital Ford sold me a FRAME DAMAGE car on March 11th , 2014 I learned of this issue when the car, a 2013 Subaru went in for inspection in August of Capital Ford sold me a FRAME DAMAGE car on March 11th , 2014 I learned of this issue when the car, a 2013 Subaru went in for inspection in August of 2014. The technician at the Subaru dealer in Florida stated the car had UNIBODY Frame DAMAGE.. I contacted Capital ford immediately, and was told my time limit for a claim had run out. It has been only 5 months since I bought the car. The used car manager gave me a disclosure form stating that the car had NO Paintwork, and NO frame damage. This disclosure form I have in my possession. Also, the car has a FRAME DAMAGE entry on the autocheck report (carfax).I have tried to reach out to the dealer, Mr. Tim Michael, but he won't return my calls. I have no choice but to hire an attorney. BUYER BEWARE ...AT CAPITAL FORD More
BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES If i could give this place no stars i would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR COLLISION WORK. I took my car here to get an estimate. Estimates are suppos If i could give this place no stars i would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR COLLISION WORK. I took my car here to get an estimate. Estimates are supposed to be free right?? Jimmy Keenan did that estimate by the way. Most people would want to just get a second opinion on the work that they need done right? well after they gave me my estimate i told them that i wanted to take it to get another estimate and what do you know...A mysterious charge of $88 comes out of no where because they said they had to disassemble my car for the estimate. Had i known that it would have been okay but due to the fact that Jimmy Keenan told me on not one not two but three occasions that the car would not be touched until the insurance gave them the okay. Spoke to Steve Brown who is supposed to be the manager, thinking that I would have a solution on this mysterious cost and he not only backed up Jimmy Keenan but also could not produce paperwork stating any of his claim. He stated that i signed authorization to get my car worked on failing to leave out the part about it saying after the insurance okays the estimate. NOT TO MENTION the estimate i was given specifically said no cost to me and that the estimated cost would be for the insurance company to pay. Then he downs the price to $44 which is the next red flag to let me know this mysterious charge is fraudulent. With all paper work i signed absolutely nothing said anything about needing to disassemble for estimation or that it would cost. Basically they didn't see why i wanted to take it somewhere else as if they are Gods gift to collision repair and just wanted to slap any charge or anything they could for me wanting to take it somewhere else. TOTAL RIP OFF More
