Awarded this dealership five stars eight years ago, but today they earned a one. Made an appointment over two weeks ago for an check engine light diagnosis. Showed about 15 minutes before appointment and during check-in I was informed that I'd need to leave my car with them all day and they should/might be able to 'get to it'.
