Ronnie, the supervisor of the department, is genuinely a fine gentleman and directed the process through our insurance carrier and made sure that we would receive great service and outstanding workmanship on the repairs. Lowball on trade we bought two vehicles, one new and one used. The sales experience was ok, but it took 3 hours to get to F&I. They got me a great rate on the new mkt we bought two vehicles, one new and one used. The sales experience was ok, but it took 3 hours to get to F&I. They got me a great rate on the new mkt (which I love), but my beef is with the trade in allowance they gave us for a 2005 Toyota Solara. Nada trade should have been over $6000 and they would only give us $4000. Dealer response was basically that's the way it is. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. More
