Unscheduled check & break maintenance Early evening on a Tuesday I heard unusual road noise. Since I was planning to leave on a planned road tip on Thursday, I took my Escape into Capita Early evening on a Tuesday I heard unusual road noise. Since I was planning to leave on a planned road tip on Thursday, I took my Escape into Capital Ford at 8:00 A.M. for an unplanned inspection. Lee Karnes (Service Consultant) appreciating my position immediately obtained necessary trouble shooting information required for a road test and checkout. I was given a ride home and by shortly after noon, I picked up my Escape with cleaned out rear break drums and break fluid change ready for my trip.
