They did nothing to investigate the obvious issues with the trucks suspension. Issues that were brought up a week after purchase and I have been fighting diligently to resolve for 5 months now. They kept i the trucks suspension. Issues that were brought up a week after purchase and I have been fighting diligently to resolve for 5 months now. They kept it a month and half and only drove it like 20 miles collectively just to be “unable to confirm”. Funny thing is anyone who drove it off the lot would have duplicated it when it bounced like a basketball leaving the lot. My truck has been in Service just about as long as I have driven it since purchase. I’ve been told by another Ford Dealer that I was screwed by these guys and advised by Ford corporate to seek legal action because they sold me a loaner and notated the car as new, directly lied to me about the length of warranty it came with and now refuse to fix any of the issues that shouldn’t be present on a 5 month old truck because it’s really a year and a half old with that much wear and tear even though it was supposedly “new” at the end of April. Is was overcharged for truck and then kicked in the face when all I had asked is to get what I paid for. More
