We worked with Alex Jistel and he was very courteous helpful and patient. Although Capitol Ford did not have any hybrids for us to look at one the lot Alex located several at other dealerships and showe helpful and patient. Capital Ford Service Center was going to charge $1890 to install a cowl grill on my 2018 Explorer. I had a similar experience with the service center a while back when my car needed tires. Capital Ford quoted a price for the tires. I obtained the same tires at a tire center for considerably less. One of the factors I always consider when obtaining a new vehicle is the service that I receive from the company's service center. At Capital Ford it always takes a week, usually more, to obtain an appointment for service. Luckily, I have not needed emergency service. Also I do not like to be taken advantage of for services rendered. My service representative was very nice. I understand that she has nothing to do with fees charged for services. More
