Capital Ford Service Center was going to charge $1890 to install a cowl grill on my 2018 Explorer. I had a similar experience with the service center a while back when my car needed tires. Capital Ford quoted a price for the tires. I obtained the same tires at a tire center for considerably less. One of the factors I always consider when obtaining a new vehicle is the service that I receive from the company's service center. At Capital Ford it always takes a week, usually more, to obtain an appointment for service. Luckily, I have not needed emergency service. Also I do not like to be taken advantage of for services rendered. My service representative was very nice. I understand that she has nothing to do with fees charged for services. More

Overall the service was okay. Unfortunately Capital Ford is not set up to truly service my F-550 because it is the chasis of my 2022 RV.
