I am a long time customer who purchased multiple vehicles from Capitol Ford. Never had any problems in any department until now. Recently I used their mobile service unit at my workplace, for oil vehicles from Capitol Ford. Never had any problems in any department until now. Recently I used their mobile service unit at my workplace, for oil change and rotation through my service contract. Was disappointed to see my tires weren't rotated. I talked to the mobile manager to talked to the tech,he said that they were, which they were not. I had to have them done at Walmart at an extra charge to me. I am hoping they will rectify this situation. More

We worked with Alex Jistel and he was very courteous helpful and patient. Although Capitol Ford did not have any hybrids for us to look at one the lot Alex located several at other dealerships and showe helpful and patient. The car we wanted arrived the next day and we test drove liked it and bought it. The transaction went very well despite having some difficulty unfreezing several of the credit companies. One thing that could have been mentioned concerned the procedure for removing our old license plates and when they get turned in to the dmv. Nevertheless all in all it was a very good experience. Issue still isn't fixed with my tire, this would be the third time bringing it in.
