From the time I walked in to the door, I knew I went to the right place! I felt very taken care of and I knew I was in great hands. I was nervous going in since this was my first time purchasing a car and the right place! I felt very taken care of and I knew I was in great hands. I was nervous going in since this was my first time purchasing a car and wasn’t sure how all the ropes worked. I came in a little frustrated and overwhelmed with the whole process. When I left I knew that I had a place to go for all of my car needs in the future. I can’t thank everyone enough who took the time to make me feel comfortable and like my time was valuable to them. They listened to all of my needs and helped me find what was the best fit for me. Doug Watkins, Peter Bechtle, and Evan Henderson all took the time to explain everything to me from beginning to end without ever feeling rushed or pressured. It was the complete opposite of the “horror stories” I’ve heard about how buying a car works. I can whole-heartedly say I had the best, most personable car buying experience at Capital Ford. Someone recommended them to me and I will be recommending them in the future! More
Frustrating experience. The online service appt. booking did not work. Someone did call me that evening but they could not schedule the appt for me. Once I got someone on the phone the next day, the first appt. was three weeks out. When I took my car to the appt., it took another three business days plus a weekend to begin trying to diagnose the problem. I was able to get a loaner since the problem was covered by warranty but it then took over a week for the repairs to be completed. I had to change plans to travel out of town in the middle of all this too. This is the second poor experience I have had with service at this dealership and will not be back unless it is my only choice. I will use another Ford dealer nearby. More
