Luke, the service advisor was very helpful in understanding my issue with my Jetta. He took the time to email me with updates, arrange a loaner car & & helped with another issue with my interior understanding my issue with my Jetta. Sorry attempt at up charging. Took our car in for a 35K service- basically an oil change and a tire rotation. In checking with another VW dealer, I found out that most of the items weren’t called for replacement/repair for another 20k to 30k miles, and your pricing was double in many of the items. I don’t know if you’ve had a change of ownership or management, but you’ve seen the last of me. More

The appointment was not successful because Brad didn’t make the time to do the things that I asked for. He made the appointment at 8am and then said they didn’t have time to get to the car that day so th make the time to do the things that I asked for. Then the video came back with all the things to fix but not the thing I asked to have serviced dealt with.
