Buddy is the BEST! Where do I begin with Buddy?! From our first phone call he was professional and beyond helpful. He listened to what my daughter and I needed and never Where do I begin with Buddy?! From our first phone call he was professional and beyond helpful. He listened to what my daughter and I needed and never tried to push us in a direction we were not comfortable with. We called him at 7:45pm to ask if we could come and look at a couple cars (they close at 8pm), he told me no problem and he had cars ready for us to test drive right when we got there. The process was easy and made my daughters first car leasing experience exciting and memorable. I am so happy with my decision to go to Capistrano Volkswagen and that Buddy was our guy! Thanks Buddy! check engine light brought my car down to capistarno Volkswagen to get my 2004 R32 checked out. had the "check engine light" turn on inside my dash cluster. capistrano brought my car down to capistarno Volkswagen to get my 2004 R32 checked out. had the "check engine light" turn on inside my dash cluster. capistrano vw inspected, diagnosed and fixed an issue in one day flat. they also send you a video, made by the technician working on your car. my tech happened to explained everything that was going on with me vehicle. made me feel very comfortable knowing my baby was in good hands. best customer service experience ive had at a dealership in a long time. keep up the great work guys More
