Fred Evans in the service department went above and beyond providing stellar customer service updating me every step of the way while my vehicle was getting repaired and also providing me a rental vehicle. Dean Sitzman was the technician who repaired my vehicle and Dean did a fantastic job. What blew me away was the video Dean made doing a walk around of my vehicle explaining the problem and showing me the broken parts he replaced. Capo VW you guys are awesome and have a customer for life due to you providing service above and beyond any dealership I have gone to. We just brought our car in 2 months ago for the 50,000 service and of course, left with a $1000 bill. Just 2 months and only 500 miles later, the engine light goes on, we take it in and what do you know.. service and of course, left with a $1000 bill.
