My only complaint is that my son and I spent over 4 hours at the dealership and I was instructed during the initial call that the appointment will take by the most 1 hour. We both missed a lunch and I have a low blood sugar and need to eat frequently. I am also a person with a low immune system due to my cancer diagnosis. I was very concerned sitting in a small room signing papers especially now during this pandemic. Manager Nick and salesman Chuck were polite and friendly. However, I was very exhausted after this. I live 59 miles away from the dealership and 15 miles from home there was a warning on the dashboard that there is low tire pressure. It was a good thing that I had my son with me so we drove to a gas station and he added air to the left front tire, right front tire, and right rear tire. I was very surprised that after having my car serviced and checked out that this would happen. Thank you for reading this. Have a good day. More

After 4 years of having my 3 golfs serviced at Capo VW. I decided to take one of my cars for an oil change at another shop. I knew I needed front brakes. After this other shop performed the oil change, the decided to take one of my cars for an oil change at another shop. I knew I needed front brakes. After this other shop performed the oil change, they told me I needed: 1) Rotors and Pad front and Rear 2) Thermostat Housing w/Water Pump (even though no sign of leakage) 3) Timing Cover gasket and seal 4) Brake Fluid Flush Total Estimate $2,174 Brad at Capo VW has been my service writer for 4 years. I brought the car to him, it turned out all I needed was front brakes and fluid flush. This cost me 1/3 of what the other shop told me what I needed. Thank you for your honesty and integrity Brad. Dealership did the job on the car fine. My poor experience has to do with the service department. I'm used to service departments being more friendly as they explain what is wrong with car and what experience has to do with the service department.
